I can not find any documentation on the 260-280GTX warranty for XFX.
The XFX website shows the 7-8-9 series, but no 260-280 series.

I have sent an email to them about this.

I'm going to have to add that Visiontek has a limited lifetime warranty on their (newer) cards, although from what I've heard when the time comes to get a hold of them things get harder. (AMD/ATI)

I have both an Evga and Xfx card in my machine right now... The evga is the better over clocker and yields better numbers all around.. but the xfx card runs a bit cooler .. and the fan isnt as noisy as the evga's ...
