I was getting really pissed when initially overclocking because it could barely oc at all, then tried out the jumper and now its flying! First thing you do when you get yours ( if its the reference style cooler) is rip off the cooler and check out the Ram ICs and reapply thermal paste... but you wont need to do that if you got the zalman style one because the Ram ICs aren't covered
